Description

Purchase Program 299C: NSN 9150-01-555-3598 (Bulk) Lubricating Oil, Engine (L40), SAE 40 Commercial Grade, 90,000 USG. FOB origin into Government-furnished bulk fuel containers or FOB destination delivery to Blount Island Marine Terminal, Jacksonville, FL in Contractor-furnished bulk fuel containers or flexi-bags. Ordering period will be Date of Award through 31 January 2009. Delivery period is 01 February 2008 through 28 February 2009. This solicitation will be available approximately 12 October 2007 at Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) home page (http://www.desc.dla.mil) and Federal Business Opportunities home page (www.fedbizops.gov). If you do not have access to the internet, a hard copy of the solicitation will be sent to you upon request. Requests for copies must be submitted by fax at (703) 767-9269 ATTN: DESC BCB, Barbara Thompson/Cindy Wicklund. If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to complete, sign and return the document entitled "Offer Submission Package" to DESC-BCB (ATTN: Bid Custodian).
