- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for maintenance service on four (4) Canon Printers located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Full 1X5 service maintenance on four (4) Canon 110 Image Runner printers, high capacity stacker, extra paper module and post processor. Maintenance shall include all parts, labor and supplies excluding paper and staple wire. The vendor must be able to provide maintenance services within 1 to 2 hours after notification from the FAA. Requirement is for service through the end of the 2008 fiscal year. Interested authorized dealers of Canon that can provide the maintenance services in the response time required called out in this market survey, must provide their responses with Market Survey File AC-08-00005, to arrive by October 3, 2007, no later than 2:30 pm CST. Email responses to sherrie.files@faa.gov. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing responses to this Markey survey. Any proprietary information should be so marked. This market survey shall not be construed as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the FAA to acquire these services. Responders to this market survey may be asked to provide additional details/information based on their initial submittal.
