Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source GSA delivery order to continue subscription access to electronic legal research databases of LexisNexis, 1150 18th Street NW, Ste 600, Washington DC 20036-3843. The subscription period will be from 1 October 2007 through 31 December 2007. This requirement is a sole source procurement under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 251, et seq, as implemented by FAR 8.401, Multiple Award (MAS) Program. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses which can provide the above subscriptions, they must respond with supporting documentation of their technical capabilities before 12:00PM, CDT on 30 September 2007. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with LexisNexis will be pursued.
