- This is a sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Capital District Contracting Center (CDCC) intends to neg otiate on a sole source basis with CTS Services under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to provide installation services for an environmental chamber. CTS Inc is the only known contractor to provide this service. If your company can meet this requirement subm it your capability statement to Lisa Goins-Berntsen no later than 3:00 PM EST September 28, 2007. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information recei ved will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed on a sole source basis. This acquisition is being processed under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 238220.
