- Description
- This solicitation, RBB00080001 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition 2001-03. This acquisition is solicited as a "Buy Indian Act Economic Enterprise Set-Aside" and is restricted to Indian/Alaska Native Economic Enterprises. Contractor shall have the capability to provide expert human resources consultant and technical assistance services for a range of functional areas; such as, recruitment and internal placement, classification and pay and compensation. Government will award a contract for Fiscal Year 2008, with the option to extend. Parties interested in submitting a proposal, may request a solicitation packet, in writing, by fax or by phone from the Contracting Officer, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, P.O.
