Description: This Contract requires up to three (3) U.S. flag tugs to provide harbor support services and ship handling for the Morehead City, NC, Sunny Point, NC, and Wilmington, NC area. The contract type proposed is Requirements ? Firm Fixed Price. The contract will have a firm period of 212 days beginning 03 March 2008 and ending 30 September 2008, with four 1-year options.
