- Description
- The purpose of this special notice is to notify all interested parties of a pre-proposal conference. The pre-proposal conference will be conducted at Special Operations Forces Support Activity (SOFSA) located at Blue Grass Station, 5749 Briar Hill Road, Lexington, KY on 23 and 24 October 2007 commencing at 0800 on the 23rd for the purpose of giving a tour of the facilities and answering questions regarding the SOF-SA requirements. Industry's involvement and participation is highly encouraged. Please submit the names of all attendees, not to exceed three per company, to Ms. Kathleen Henderson, 5749 Briar Hill Road, Lexington, Kentucky, Kathleen.Henderson1@us.army.mil, telephone number (859) 293-3474, prior to October 15, 2007. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. A United States issued photo ID will be required. Offerors are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted above after the site visit not later than November 07, 2007. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. A record of the conference shall be made and furnished to all prospective offerors. The record should include minutes of the meeting, including questions and answers. The conference security level is UNCLASSIFIED. Upon request, private one-on-one meetings between Government Representatives and potential offerors will be scheduled tentatively for the week of November 13, 2007, at Special Operations Forces Support Activity, Lexington, KY. Requests for one-on-one meetings must be submitted at the conclusion of the Pre-solicitation Conference.
