- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. NUWCDIV Newport has a procurement for 5 ea. AN.SWQ-9(v)(3) Outboard Cable Sets per NUWC supplied drawing PPD 802-6337554 Rev. B Fiber Optic.Electrical Hybrid Hull Penetrator. The order will consist of 1 ea. with four options for additional quantities of 1 ea. One item per year is anticipated in being procured. Contractor must be a certified NAVSEA molding facility. The solicitation is not expected to be available any earlier than 15 August 2007. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Instead, they may be accessed at our web site ttp://www.npt.nuwc.navy.mil/contract/. We also provide electronic access in our Bid Room.
