- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to provide questions to answers and to correct clerical errors in the original solicitation. RFP 07T027002 is hereby amended as follows: 1) In Section J, Attachment D- Questions and Answers RFP 07T027002 is hereby added. The document is hereby uploaded and attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation. 2) In Section M.2 of the solicitation, the text: "The maximum amount of points awarded for each section will be: Factor 1 B Technical Approach, 35 points; Factor 2 B Corporate Experience, 25 points; Factor 3 ? Staff Plan & Key Personnel, 20 points; Factor 4 ? Past Performance, 15 points; and Factor 5 ? SDP Participation Plan, 5 points. Price/Cost will not be evaluated using points. Factors 1, 2 and 3 are considered technical evaluation factors and will evaluated based on information submitted as part of the offerors? Volume 1 submissions. Factor 4 will be evaluated separately via past performance surveys submitted to references in the offerors? Volume 2 submissions and other information obtained by the Government. Cost/Price will be evaluated by comparison of the offerors? Volume 3 submissions. The four factors are ranked in descending order of importance." is hereby removed and replaced with: "The maximum amount of points awarded for each section will be: Factor 1 Technical Approach, 30 points; Factor 2 Corporate Experience, 25 points; Factor 3 ? Staff Plan & Key Personnel, 20 points; Factor 4 ? Past Performance, 15 points; and Factor 5 ? Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, 10 points. Price/Cost will not be evaluated using points. Factors 1, 2, 3, and 5 are considered technical evaluation factors and will evaluated based on information submitted as part of the offerors? Volume 1 submissions. Factor 4 will be evaluated separately via past performance surveys submitted to references in the offerors? Volume 2 submissions and other information obtained by the Government. Cost/Price will be evaluated by comparison of the offerors? Volume 3 submissions. The five factors are ranked in descending order of importance." 3) An updated version of this solicitation incorporating this change is hereby uploaded/attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation.
