- The Government hereby issues Sections A through K of the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Post Closing Management (PCM) effort. The Draft RFP Sections A through K is available for download and will also be posted on the following website at http://www.afcee.brooks.af.mil/pkv/pcm/default.asp?CID=70&folder=PCM. This is not a solicitation. No proposals will be accepted, no award will be made at this time nor any funds obligated. Any questions or comments in response to the Draft RFP (Sections A through K, Sections H, L, M and the Performance Work Statement) shall be provided to the Contracting Officer at afcee.PCM@brooks.af.mil no later than 03 April 2007. Government comments to any offeror(s) questions or concerns will be promptly posted at the PCM website at http://www.afcee.brooks.af.mil/pkv/pcm/default.asp?CID=70&folder=PCM. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-MAR-2007).
