- The Final Request for Proposal for the Post Closing Management Services is available for download via the FedBizOpps and AFCEE PCM website located at http://www.afcee.brooks.af.mil/pkv/pcm/default.asp?CID=70&folder=PCM. This procurement is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS for this procurement is 541611. For submission of offers, proposals are due by 5 November 2007, 3:30 P.M., (Central Time). The Offeror shall prepare the proposal as set forth in Section L of the RFP.
