- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase requirement number is FA4686-07-Q-0022 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-13. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 334511, and the small business size standard is 750 Employees. This requirement consists of: 3 each, Stalker Dual SL Police Radar P/N 200-0535. Each package consists of Lumex Dual Display Unit, 5 EA; P/N 200-0254-50, Power Cable, 5 EA; P/N 155-2058-00, Metal Hood Kit, 5 EA; P/N 200-0648-00, KA Band Antenna with filter PCB, 10 EA; P/N 200-0230-60, 2 Foot Antenna Cable, 5 EA, P/N 155-2055-02, 16 Foot Antenna Cable, 5 EA, P/N 155-2055-16, Ergonomic Dual Remote w/ stopwatch, 5 EA, P/N 200-0553-01, 25 MPH Tuning for KA Band, 5 EA, P/N 200-0204-00. Or equal items are not acceptable. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this solicitation. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Paragraph (a) of FAR 52.212-2 is added to read: ?best value?. The contractor certifies that it can meet the delivery date by submitting a quotation. The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The contractor shall return a completed copy of this provision with its quotation. A copy of the provision may be attained from http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (o) is changed to read: The contractor shall provide all standard commercial warranties to the government. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following FAR clauses identified at paragraph b of FAR 52.212-5 are considered checked and are applicable to this acquisition: (13-19), (22i), (25) & (33).
