*************************CANCELLED******************************* The Government has a commodities requirement for Combo-4 or equal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 336211 with a size standard of 1000 Employees; the SIC code is 3713. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through [Federal Register: February 13, 2007 (Volume 72, Number 29)].This is a Small Business Set-Aside This is an ?END OF YEAR? requirement. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award will be made under this solicitation (combined synopsis/solicitation) until funds are available. If funds are not received by 30 September of the current year, this requirement will be cancelled. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation (combined synopsis/ solicitation) at any time The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: Line Item 0001: Combo-4 MOD # 4940-01-411-7715 or equal ( The combo 4 unit combines four pieces of equipment into one, using a single power plant. The power plant, John Deere Turbo-Charged Diesel, can operate all four items of equipment at the same time. There is a generator, which can run a 120V single Pase, 240V, 480V, 3 phase. An air compressor able to Produce 185CFM( at 100 PSI). A welder, 400amp which may be used for stick, carbon arc gouging, plasma arc, stud and scratch start with remote.. Also, a light tower with (2) 500 watt Halogen lights capable of being raised to 13? high. All items are mounted to a single trailer.) or equal; QTY 1 EA FOB: Destination for delivery to 415 Independence RD, Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and will remain in full force in any resultant award: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items.
