Description

Subject to final approval. The Department of the Treasury?s Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General (DHS-OIG), intends to award on a sole-source basis, a simplified acquisition to 1120 Vermont Ave Associates, LLP, 1120 Vermont Avenue NW, Suite #900, Washington, DC 20005 for repairs and maintenance on Floors 11 and 12 of 1120 Vermont Avenue and for the cost of heat and air conditioning during weekends and holidays. 1120 Vermont Ave Associates is the lessor of the building and does not allow other vendors to perform these services in their building. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00PM EST on September 28, 2007. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates their ability to meet all requirements that is more advantageous to the government, BPD will make a sole source award to 1120 Vermont Avenue Associates.
