- This information is for solicitation SPM8E6-07-R-0005. The item description is IMPELLER, FAN, CENTRIFUGAL. The NSN for this procurement is 4140-01-211-8403. There are two manufacturers of this item. Borg-Warner Cooling Systems Corp. (3RMR4) manufactures P/N 4735-38449-02. Ross Equipment Inc. (4F083) manufactures P/N 6252562. There are 2 Base Terms for this procurement, as well as 3 (365 Day) Option Years. The purchase quantity per order is MIN: 1000 each and MAX: 5000 each for the 2 Base Terms and each of the 3 Option Years. The total contract minimum dollar value is $300,000.00 and the total contract maximum dollar value is $4,500,000.00. Delivery will be to the distribution depots in either New Cumberland, PA (DDSP) or San Joaquin, CA (DDJC). Desired delivery schedule is 30 days. FOB Destination pricing applies. This solicitation will be Fully Competitive that will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with Economic Price Adjustment. This is a Best Value solicitation using the Evaluation Factors of Delivery and ABVS. All materials used to fabricate this item are to be furnished by the contractor. The following note applies: 9.
