Description

Pickup and disposal of infectious medical waste for the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio, VA Outpatient Clinic, Columbus, Ohio and Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Athens, Cambridge, Grove City, Lancaster, Marietta, Marion, Newark, Portsmouth, and Zanesville, Ohio. A contract resulting from the solicitation will be a base year, based on the date of award through September 30, 2008 with 4, 1-year, option years. Solicitation is full and open competition. Solicitation will be available on/or about October 1, 2007. The Response date for quotes is October 31, 2007 at 2:00pm EST. Quotes are to be mailed to Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (90C), 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601 or hand-delivered to Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (90C), Bldg. 1, Room 125, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
