- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ #F3V5VF172234A001. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code # 334515 and Small Business Size Standard 500 employees applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007-18 and Defense Acquisition Circular 2007-08. Description of requirements: 0001- 965AMS-TDR/SA/ADSL2-AC/DC/BON consisting of the following components: 965 base unit, storage bag, blue-yellow-green-red-black test leads, conductor strap, NiMH battery pack (packed in unit), Alkaline battery holder, wire gauge, 110/220 AC adapter, Self-test circuit board and chain bead, Certificate of Calibration, Vehicle power adapter, Instructions manual, Warrent card, Quick reference card, USB cable, Ethernet cable (with ADLS2 option), 3M P/N 80-6113-1614-4 This is a BRAND NAME ONLY requirement.
