Purchase of 9-FlexTest SE Controllers and installation for upgrade to current equipment for Mechanical Behavior Laboratory in the Mechanical Behavior and Life Prediction Section, Materials and Manufacturing Directorate, AFRL/MLLMN, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. NAICS Code 334516, and Size Standard 500 emplyoees. This is a Sole Source procurement. Synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of a service for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is MTS Systems Corportaion, Eden Prairie, MN. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider all quotations/responses received within ten (10) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
