Requirements are: PIN, GROOVED HEADLESS (5315-01-128-5612) FOR THE M249 MG IS MAUFACTURED FROM 8620 STEEL BAR, COMPSN 8620, GRAIN SIZE 5-8, HEAT TO SPECIFIC ATION, CARBONITRIDE AND OIL QUENCH. THE PART IS 22mm LONG X 04.980 LARGEST O.D.. Requirement is for a 5 year IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contract with a guaranteed minimum contract quantity of 1,000 EACH and maximum contract quantity of 150,000 EACH, PIN, GROOVED. FOB is Destination. For use on M249 Machine Gun. Estimated solicitation issue date is 16 October 2007.
