Requirements are: PIN, RETAINING (5315-01-128-5618) FOR THE M249 MG IS MANUFACTURED FROM STEEL BAR, COMPSN 1040, 108, 4140, 4340, OR 8640 WITH PHOSPHATE FINISH PER SPECIFICATION. THE PART IS 7.50mm LONG AND THE LARGEST O.D. BEING 07.95mm. Requirement is for a 5 year IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contract with a guaranteed minimum contract quantity of 1,000 EACH and maximum contract quantity of 150,0 00 EACH, PIN, RETAINING. FOB is Destination. For use on M249 Machine Gun. Estimated solicitation issue date is 16 October 2007.
