Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks to Lease Office Space Washington, DC The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 6,319 ANSI BOMA usable square feet (USF) / 7,266 rentable square feet (RSF). The proposed lease is for a five (5) year firm term with a five year renewal option and should be fully serviced. The delineated area is as follows: North: Kennedy Street NW East: 4th Street NW South: Quincy Street NW West: 14th Street NW Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 10, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum (this is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): - Site's legal description, a recent survey, and property identification numbers (PIN) - Building name/address - Location of space in the building and date of availability - One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered - ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) - Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying included services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance - Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF - Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact The General Services Administration (GSA) is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the GSA or their authorized representative, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
