- Solicitation SPM4A6-07-R-0388 has been modified as follows: NSN 9150-01-370-2583 has been added to this procurement. Specifics are as follows: Unit Can Contains 5 gallons. The estimated annual quantities are as follows: 2,040 gallon drums DSCR plans to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to two (2) one-year periods. The Solicitation Number will be SPM4A6-07-R-0388, IQC06341009025. The 2 NSN?s are as follows for Lubricating Oil, Steam Turbine: 9150 01 368 7075, (Unit Drum Contains 55 gallons) and 9150 01 368 7076, (Unit Can Contains 1 gallon). The estimate annual quantities are as follows: 9150 01 368 7075 - 1212 gallon drums and 9150 01 368 7076 ? 792 gallon cans. The solicitation will be Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed Price with EPA Adjustments under provisions of FAR Part 12. Qualified Products List (QPL) applies IAW specification # MIL-PRF-17331J, dated 23 January 1984, AMEND #F. This is a synopsis for a commercial item in accordance with the procedures of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. These are not Critical Safety Items (CSI) per SAP interrogation on 02/01/07. QAP 166 applies. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Labels are requirements. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirements are 30 days after receipt of order for each both NSNs or best possible delivery. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance Origin is required. Both NSNs are procured as fully competitive in accordance with military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in this solicitation. Surge requirements apply to NSN 9150 01 368 7075. A surge plan detailing how the surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted along with offer. The solicitation will be posted to DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about 03/01/07.
