Description: The purpose of this amendment is to correct inconsistencies noted in the RFP's pricing tables from Amendment 1. Amendment 2 is hereby provided, and RFP FOHS2007REGBC is hereby amended as follows: 1) Section B of Amendment 1 is hereby removed and replaced with the Section B contained within Amendmend 2. 2) Attachment D of Amendment 1 is hereby removed and replaced with the Attachment D Amendment 2 version. 3) ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
