Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 22 Logistics Office in Long Beach California intends to enter into a sole source contract with B. Braun Medical Inc. 824 12th Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18018-3524. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1- where only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 and 2005-20. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract has been processed. All information received and responses to this notice shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and it shall be exclusively at the discretion of the Government. The Government shall consider all proposals received by 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on Tuesday, October 9, 2007. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
