Description: This is a market survey to locate potential sources to provide spare parts for the Common Ground Station (CGS) (type designation AN/TSQ-179A(V)2 and subsequent configurations) and Joint Services Workstation (JSWS). Additionally, the source may be re quired to provide parts needed for major modifications, along with the resulting new spares. Spare parts will be procured on a firm fixed price (FFP), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) basis. Services to be provided include such efforts as r epairing unserviceable parts, providing in-house and field support, performing obsolescence investigations, and incorporating Modification Work Orders (MWOs). Services will be procured on a time and materials (T&M) basis. Contractual requirements will in clude, but may not be limited to: providing spare parts for the CGS and JSWS, to include determining whether to make or buy the parts; repairing spare parts; part number marking; National Stock Number (NSN) marking; Unique Item Identification (UID) markin g and program compliance; verifying item performance; preparing Safety Assessment Reports (SARs); maintaining a quality program; providing technical and logistics data; providing engineering data for provisioning; providing updates to technical manuals and training materials; providing logistics data and engineering reports; maintaining configuration management of the technical data package (note, the Government does not possess the current, complete technical data package); preparing and implementing MWOs; submitting Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Value Engineering Change Proposals (VECPs), Requests for Waiver (RFWs), Specification Change Notices (SCNs), and Requests for Deviation (RFDs), as necessary; providing contract status reports; complying with contract manpower reporting requirements; providing packaging and shipping of parts, to include implementing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID); providing engineering and field service support, to include within the continental United States (CONUS) an d deployment outside the continental United States (OCONUS); and complying with Contractor Asset Visibility II (CAV II) requirements.
