Description: The United States Government seeks to lease warehouse space consisting of 500 sf, 5000 sf, 10,000 sf, 2500 sf, and secured building for a van (approximately 550 sf) either separately or 18,550 sf in total within the follwoing delineated area: South San Francisco, CA within 2.5 miles of Highway 101. The prosed lease is for firve (5) years. Space needs to be ready for occupancy by October 29, 2007. Space should have a loading dock, 24 hour access, and suffecient room for a 16 foot truck turn around. .
