- NSN(s): 5960-00-106-2121 Item Description: ELECTRON TUBE Qualification Requirements: Shall be I/A/W MIL-PRF-1M and MIL-E-1670 (see Note 9). Qualified Source: Communication & Power Industries, Inc. (06980) Quantity (including option quantity): 1353 EA annual demand. Unit of Issue: EA. Destination Information: Specified on individual delivery orders. Delivery Schedule: Specified on individual delivery orders. All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal which shall be considered. See Note: 9. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 10/18/07 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed three (3) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
