Description
Modification to Notice: Description: See numbered notes 1, 9, and 26. NSN 2530-01-188-3685, Parts Kit, Ball Joint, being sought in accordance with (19207) Drawing 12460149 along with all related data. The following are approved sources: Krizman International Inc (3UPC0) and Federal Mogul Corp Sub Wagner (63477). Total quantity required is 51471 each with 6934 each shipped to (W62G2T) Tracy, CA 95304-5000 and 44537 each shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Origin inspection and acceptance is required along with FOB Destination. First Article Test (FAT) is required: 2 units, 90 days. There is only one waived FAT source: Krizman International Inc (3UPC0). Phased delivery is acceptable as follows: 10000 each, 240 days after date of award w/FAT. Balance of 9000 each at a rate of every 30 days thereafter until complete. If FAT is waived, phased delivery as follows: 10000 each, 120 days after date of award. Balance of 9000 each at a rate of every 30 days thereafter until complete. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of October 22, 2007. Hard copies of the solicitaiton are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitaiton is unrestricted. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and delivery. The required delivery along with the FAT is 240 days. If contractor is waived for FAT, the required delivery is 120 days.
