- PR No: IQC07239009043. This solicitation will contain one NSN for F/A-18 Aircraft Ultrasonic Test Blocks. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-08-R-0053 will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN and Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: NSN 6635-00-966-5246, Base Year EAQ: 31 each, Option Year EAQ: 31 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, 120 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 26 Oct 07. The anticipated award date is 15 Jan 08. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror?s product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
