- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-08-R-0069, IQC07038009061, Stock Number, 5365-01-186-1294, Spacer, Sleeve. Unit of issue is BE. Solicitation is Small Business set-Aside, Critical Item Application, Commercial, and Export Control Item. Drawings are applicable. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 4620 BE. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 1155 BE. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 4620 BE. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 1155 BE. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for each option year is 4620 BE. The Requested delivery is 60 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
