- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number is F4AB027267AQ03; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12 and Defense DCN 20060814. This acquisition will be a Unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6640. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is not required. This request for quotation consists of the following items. All quotes must reflect FOB Destination. The contractor is to provide all labor, materials, parts, facilities and travel necessary to maintian the following items from date of award or 15 Oct, whichever is sooner, to 30 Sep 08 on the following Agilent eqipment: G1311A/1100/1200 Quaternary Pump, S/N DE23922945; G1313A/1100 Autosampler S/N US72101999; G1329A/HP 1100/1200 Autosampler, S/N DE11106377; G1329A/HP 1100/1200 Autosampler, S/N 3315A02316; G1530N/6890N Network GC System S/N US10125011; G2589A/5973N MSD EI/PCI/NCI Mainframe, S/N US10480887. Additional notes: contractors are asked to submit their tax identification number and estimated delivery timeframe with their proposal.
