- Description
- The George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, requests quotes for a non-personal services contract for Instruction Services for English as a Foreign Language, English for Special Purposes, and English for Academic Purposes. Instruction includes general language instruction at all proficiency levels, as well as language for specific purposes instruction to a target population of international participants in a security studies program. This is a Best Value procurement in that a trade-off will be conducted between technical factors and price with award not necessarily going to the lowest priced quote. Technical evaluation factors and their relative weight will be identified in the solicitation. Perfor mance period is from 1 January 2008 through 31 December 2008, with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the Government's discretion. The solicitation will be issued on or about 16 October 2007.
