Please answer the below questions in your response to this notice: Which states are you currently licensed to practice teleradiology? If your radiologists are working on obtaining licensing and or credentialing, please indicate how far along the process they are in obtaining either. Please specify whether you perform readings for day, night or both. Are any of your radiologists currently credentialed for any Military Treatment Facilities? If so please indicate which MTFs.
