- Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, Wa intends to negotiate with Medtronics Inc, DBA Medtronic Sofamor Danek, under the authority of FAR 6.302 A Sole Source award for CERVICAL PLATES (Atlantis, and Cornerstone ACDF). This notice is not a request fo r competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for th e purposed of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
