- Description
- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), is procuring replacement parts for a 3000 Degree Tungsten Furnace. NSWCCD intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Thermal Technology, LLC. The unit was manufactured by Thermal Technology and the hardware and control software is of a unique proprietary design. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may forward their capabilities statements to the Government POC on or before 10/17/07.
