- Description
- The Bureau of Public Debt is conducting market research and acquisition planning. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The Bureau of Public Debt is seeking qualified sources who can provide assistance to the Denali Commission while it establishes a Federal Financial Management Advisory Committee (FFMAC). The FFMAC shall be based on the guidelines put forth in the ?Financial Management Advisory Committees For Federal Agencies: Suggested Practices? manual published by KPMG LLP in March 2003. See the attached draft PWS for details. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541990. The size standard is $6.5 Million. No solicitation package will be issued. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider responses received by October 17, 2007. A determination by the Government regarding the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Instructions Businesses and/or individuals with the capability of providing these services are invited to submit, on a voluntary basis, in writing, sufficient information that demonstrates the ability to fulfill this requirement. Documentation submitted should include specific experience with and working knowledge of Federal Financial Management Advisory Committees and committee and board memberships. All responses to this Request for Information (RFI) shall include company/individual name and address, business size and type (HubZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, 8(a), etc.), business and technical points of contact including e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. Registration in the Central Contracting Registration database (www.ccr.gov) and ORCA completion (https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx) is recommended for potential contractors.
