- Description
- The provider shall be responsible for accomplishing the Statement of Work herein. The support service shall be provided at the National Air and Radiation Environmental Laboratory, (NAREL), Montgomery, AL. Provider shall replace defective equipment that will meet the form, fit and functional specification of equipment being replaced. Equipment:Octel 250 voice mail system with 8 voice mail ports. When on site repairs are necessary for routine service, provider shall use its best efforts to respond the next business day following receipt of customer's service request. For service emergencies, provider will respond within 4 hours on a 24 X 7 basis.
