- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government is expressing interest in locating warehouse/inside parking/storage space within the boundaries listed below for Indian Health Services. The boundaries are within the city limits of Rhinelander, Wisconsin. The purpose of this advertisement is to seek information from property owners willing to provide approximately 3,600 - 4,000 square feet of useable/rentable warehouse/inside parking/storage space. The U. S. Government's existing lease is expiring and the Government is considering if it would be economically advantageous for the Government to relocate. Useable or occupiable space above must be available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. A lease is required for a ten (10) year/five (5) year firm term for a fully serviced lease. In addition to the rental costs, the Government will also factor in costs for moving to a new location including, but not limited to, physical move, tenant improvements, above-standard/specialized alterations/equipment, furniture relocation, telecommunications, and other related costs. Note that these same costs may not be factored in when evaluating whether it is most advantageous to the Government to remain in the current lease location. Targeted occupancy date is December 2007 or sooner. The space must be contiguous and on one floor. The space must be accessible 24/7. The space offered must be well maintained and must meet the General Services Administration's fire, life safety and handicapped accessibility standards. The area around the building must be well lite. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building ownership.
