- Description
- The purpose of this presolicitation notice is to re-release Solicitation HHM402-07-R-0094 which was originally released on 26 September 2007 but became unavailable to potential offerors on 2 October 2007. As a result of this computer glitch, Amendment 01 is also being released to extend the closing date and time for questions/inquiries and submission of proposals. In addition, the original presolicitation notice is hereby restated: The purpose of this presolicitation notice is to notify potential offerors the Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA), on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to issue a solicitation to award an indefinite delivery requirements contract in which firm fixed price and time and material task orders will be issued for developing requirements for and, subsequently, field advanced technology, computer-based practical exercises/simulations/gaming to support all-source analytical training for entry-, mid-, and senior-level all-source, theater- and strategic-level analysts as well as their professional development as intelligence analysts. This proposed acquisition will provide a continuation of the research and development support to integrate situational learning tools rapidly into immersive training environments based on advanced educational principles. A Top Secret facility clearance will be required, as well as qualified personnel that possess Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearances. The requirement will be for one (1) base year and four (4) one year options. This requirement will be solicited as full and open. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541330.
