- The purpose of this amendment is to change the following: 1. Correct the award date from 1 Oct to on/about 5 Oct 2007 2. Add Brand Name Clause 52.211-3 3. Revise line items The Government intends to award a Brand name or equal Purchase Order for a SPIRIT LASER ENGRAVER and components. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N40442-08-T-5004-01 and it is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20. NAICS 333518 applies. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC), Virginia Beach, VA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the following parts: (CLIN) 0001: 1. Laser Engraver--Model: Spirit GX 30 watt 24 X 38 work area QTY:(1) one ea 2. SPIRIT GX Vector Table QTY 1 ea 3. Mini Air Compressor for Spirit GX System QTY: 1 ea 4. 850 CFM Exhaust Unit QTY: 1 ea 5. Round Attachment for Laser QTY: 1 ea 6. SPIRIT Lens 2.5 inches QTY: 1 ea 7. CORELDRAW X 3 ACCESSORY QTY: 1 ea 8. ENGRAVEPRO SOFTWARE QTY: 1 ea The requested delivery date for the above items is November 01, 2007. The delivery address zip code is 92123. Please provide the cost of freight charges if applicable.
