Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the repair of the F-15 Advanced Display Core Processor (ADCP). No set-aside is applicable to this requirement. This effort will be sole source to Honeywell Defense and Space, CAGE: 5Y043, Phoenix, AZ under authority 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). This acquisition will be a modification to the basic contract F09603-03-C-0347 and as such all the terms and conditions therein shall remain applicable. The period of performance for this effort will be a basic year and five one year options. The following items will be procured: 1) Depot Activation 2) Intellectual Property License 3) Support Equipment 4) ADCP, NSN: 1270-01-532-3888, P/N: 8525470-910 and 8525470-950 (BEQ: Year 1: 66 ea, Year 2: 97 ea, Year 3: 102 ea, Year 4: 103 ea, Year 5: 77 ea. 5) Travel/Per Deim/Relocation 6) Engineering Services 7) Data.
