- Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport intends to issue a solicitation for the following non-commercial supply: Washer, Thrust, AFT, in accordance with Drawing 6934967 and all associated drawings. This requirement is for Base Year CLIN 0001: Option Year 1 CLIN 0002: Option Year 2 CLIN 0003: Option Year 3 CLIN 0004: and Option Year 4 CLIN 0005. Each CLIN will have maximum order quantities of 500. The evaluation factors will be Technical Capability and Past Performance are significantly more important than price. The solicitation number for this requirement when issued will be N00253-08-R-0001. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity and will include a base plus four option years. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332991, and a size standard of 500 employees. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Drawing s Referenced in this Solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and are ONLY available to vendor?s/contractor?s appointed data custodian that are registered with DLIS (Defense Logistics Info Svc Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors/Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ or by phone at 888 352-9333. Restricted Drawings and Technical Information are only available by accessing a secure website known as Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) at https://www.fedteds.gov/fedteds/start.nsf/frm.VendorLogin?OpenForm&SolicitationNumber=N0025308R0001. FedTeDS is designed to safeguard sensitive, but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information and is fully integrated with other electronic government initiatives such as NECO and the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. To obtain information from FedTeDS, vendor/contractor must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR), have a Marketin g Partner Identification Number (MPIN) and be FedTeDS registered. Regi stration instructions can be found on the FedTeDS website, (https://www.fedteds.gov) by clicking on the "Register with FedTeDS" hyperlink then select the option ?Begin Vendor/Contractor Registration Process?. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 22 October 2007. The closing date of the solicitation will be 21 November 2007, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from these websites and to frequently monitor the sites for any amendments to the RFP. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prio r to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
