- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Minneapolis, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the VAMC, has a requirement for Drugs of Abuse Reagent Kits, Calibrators, and Controls for use on the VA owned Olympus AU400e Analyzer. The VAMC Minneapolis is certified by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administrations as a laboratory that meets the standards of Subpart C of the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs. All reagents provided must be compatible and certified as approved for use on the Olympus AU400e instrumentation for drugs of abuse testing and must provide the highest level possible of precision available for toxicology testing in order to meet certification and quality assurance requirements of HHS SAMSHA for drug testing. Reagent Kits, Calibrators and Controls include the following: (1) Reagent, Amphetamine (2) Reagent, Barbiturate-Multiple (3) Reagent, Benzodiazepine (4) Reagent, Cocaine (5) Reagent, Opiate (6) Reagent, Phencyclidine (7) Reagent, Methadone (8) Reagent, Cannabinoid (9) Calibrator, Methadone Cutoff (10) Calibrator, Multi-Drug Primary (11) Calibrator, Cannabinoid 50 MG (12) Calibrator, Multi-Drug, Secondary (13) Control, Cannabinoid 50 MG, 2-Levels (14) Control, Specialty, 3-Levels (15) Reagent, Oxycodone (16) Control, Methadone Metabolite MultiDrug Primary (17) Calibrator, Oxycodone (18) Control, Oxycodone.
