Description: The purpose of this modification to the synopsis is to provide notification of a NEW DRAFT RFP and associated attachments that will be posted to the NAVAIR homepage by 1800 EDT on 5 Oct 2007. The estimated release date of the FINAL RFP remains UNCHANGED at the end of October 2007. The planned award date of this requirement has been revised to June 2008. Formal announcement of the release of the final RFP will be announced in FedBizOpps and will be posted on the NAVAIR web site once released.
