Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE SEATTLE, WASHINGTON The United States Government seeks to lease Office space, on contiguous floors which meets GSA lease criteria. Space must be ADA compliant. The space offered must consist of approximately 169,967 rentable square feet in Seattle, Washington. The space should yield between 147,797 and 169,967 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of twenty-seven (27) covered parking spaces, of which twenty-four (24) should be reserved, should be available and included in the rent, or at reasonable commercial rates, for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office. Availability of public transportation with adequate parking must be available within two-blocks of the space offered. The proposed space must be located within the boundaries of the delineated area bounded by the following delineated area: North: Denny Way South: Royal Brougham West: Waterfront East: I-5 The proposed lease is for (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 08-01-09. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building?s ownership.
