Description
REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease 6,500 ? 6,700 rentable square feet, yielding a range of 5,600 ? 5,800 usable square feet, of contiguous flex / office space for the Census Bureau within the 109th Congressional District 17. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries West NW 27th Avenue (State Hwy 817) East: NE 6TH Avenue North: 1. NW 119th Street from NW 27TH Avenue to NW 17th Avenue 2. NW 115th Street from NW 17TH Street to NW 12th Avenue 3. NW 111th Street from NW 12th Avenue to NW 7TH Avenue (US Hwy 441) 4. NE 118th Street from NW 6th Avenue to W. Biscayne Canal Road South: 1. State Hwy 112 (Airport Exwy) from NW 27th Avenue to NW 17th Avenue 2. NW 36th Street (State HWY 948) from NW 17th Avenue to NW 7th Avenue (US Hwy 441) 3. NW 32nd Street from NW 6th Avenue to NW 2nd Avenue 4. NW 20th Street from NW 7th Avenue (US Hwy 441) to N. Miami Avenue 5. NW 5th Street from NW 7th Avenue (US Hwy 441) to N. Miami Avenue REQUIRED: The space must be contiguous and located on one floor (open floor plan) in commercial, retail, industrial / flex or warehouse space. Census receives weekly deliveries from a tractor trailer of 42 to 28 inch palates of files, documents, and paper that have to be brought into the suite for breakdown. The building must be able to accept deliveries from a 40? Tractor trailer and ideally have a loading dock and freight elevator, if space is in a multi-level building. Census will need a minimum of 3 parking spaces per 1,000; At peak operations there will be as many as 38 employees needing parking, this must be available onsite or through street parking. TERM: The lease term will be 24 months with no option for renewal. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by October 25, 2007. Owners and exclusive agents only.
