Description
NSN 1560-00-076-9056, Cowl Latch Bracket. In accordance with Boeing Helicopter Company Dwg 114P8053 Rev ?Basic? dtd 4/17/67. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR currently has an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery is 30 days after Contractor First Article approval. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four option years. Solicitation is 100% Hubzone Small Business Set Aside. No other offers will be considered. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 285 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 71 each for the base year only. Solicitation will include a Contractor First Article Test, Export Control, Surge and ABVS. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is November 2, 2007. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbds.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
