- NSN: 1620-00-941-8774, PR IQC07264009024, SPM4A7-08-R-0215. This item is a Lever, Aft Power Steering. The item is in accordance with Boeing Helicopter Co drawing 114L2423, Rev ?J? Dated 09/29/06, and Acom, CAGE: 81996, Procurement package 114L2423 Rev ?D?, dated 09/29/06, drawing number 114L2423-2. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). An Export Control Bidset Exists for this NSN. Configuration Control Applies. Casting /Forging may be required to manufacture this NSN. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), with (1) Base Year plus (4) Option Years. FOB is at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required total delivery is 486 days ARO. The DLA Direct shipment locations are within CONUS, Susquehanna, PA (DDSP), and San Joaquin, CA (DDJC). Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 39 each is for the Base Year Only. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 312 each. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 156 each. This is solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside using full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This is not a commercial item. Progress payments are not included. Surge and Sustainment is required. The solicitation issue date is October 23, 2007. The closing date is November 23, 2007. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
