- This announcement is for informational purposes only. Contingent on the availability of fiscal 2008 funding, The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the San Diego City Treasurer, for the continued computer network access to the Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJIS) to obtain local, state, and federal law enforcement information, including NCIC for FBI Field Offices and Resident Agencies located in San Diego, California. The contract will be negotiated for the current year and four (4) option years. If any interested party would like to be considered for award, please submit a written statement indicating your interest by 3:00 pm on October 15, 2007, to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Information Technology Contracts Unit, Attention: Barbara A.
