Description
The purpose of this Screening Information Request (SIR) is to seek competent and qualified contractors to perform the subject project at the Jr. Jets Childcare Center at the Longmont, CO - ARTCC. This project is 100% set-aside for SBA (Small Business Administration) certified 8(a) contractors only. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work includes, but is not limited to: Full-time maintenance manager Janitorial services Refuse collection and disposal Pest and Rodent Services Services are scheduled to begin February 1st, 2008, on an annual fiscal year basis, with four 12-month options for renewal. REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION PACKAGE: The RFO (Request for Offers) should be available on or about November 13th, 2007. Offerors must submit their requests by November 9th, 2007 to: Federal Aviation Administration, Attn: Angela Mihalek, ANM-52, 1601 Lind Ave. S.W., Renton, WA 98057, by fax at (425) 227-1055; or email: Angela.Mihalek@faa.gov. The FAA may make an award without communications or negotiations; however, communications and/or negotiations may be conducted to determine the best value to the FAA. The FAA also reserves the right to cancel, terminate this request for solicitation/RFO at any time before, during or after the closing date.
